Our Event Facilities Include ...


The Pavilion---a 6,800 sq ft all-weather space with breath-taking views of the hills and lake. Inside seats up to 300 guests with restrooms and a food prep area. Also a massive stone fireplace for winter events. There is ample paved parking nearby for up to 150 vehicles.

The Round-Up Room
A 3,000 sq ft meeting space that can seat up to 100 people. It features a full kitchen, projector, video screen and wireless internet.  It is close to the swimming pool, grilling area and guest cabins. Ideal for family reunions to meet and eat.

The Horse Barn - FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO BRING THEIR OWN HORSE
For equestrian events we have an 18 stall horse barn with pens, runs, tack-room and water. A portable round pen is also available along with miles of scenic, well-marked trails for all skill levels. Lazy Hills encourages you to bring your horse when staying overnight with us.  We can assist in hosting large or small equestrian events.  LAZY HILLS DOES NOT OFFER HORSEBACK RIDING AS AN AMENITY ... all guests wishing to ride our beautiful hills while lodging with us must bring their own horse. 

The Dining Hall
After our complimentary continental breakfast is served to every overnight guest, the nostaligic Dining Hall can also be used as an event area.  It is perfect for a small luncheon or rehearsal dinner.  Additional meals are not included in our standard rates; however, you may bring in your own food with a certified food handler or coordinate a meal with us.  The Dining Hall can seat up to 100 people leaving room for dancing or a cozy gathering around the fireplace.   

Sleeping Accommodations at Lazy Hills
We can lodge up to 162 guests in a variety of overnight accommodations from our single room cabins, family suites to our fully-equipped guest houses with kitchens. All rooms have mini-fridges and coffee pots and some rooms have fireplaces. A few rooms are Pet Friendly. A Western theme runs through all the guest rooms, which feature new bedding, fluffy towels and interesting ranch décor.

Meals & Catering
A complimentary continental breakfast is served to every overnight guest. Additional meals are not included in our standard rates.  However, you may bring in your own food or Lazy Hills is more than happy to coordinate meals through our personal chefs or local caterers depending on the size of your group.
